Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (North Central) to assist in sales lifecycle responsibilities and ensure customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive, supporting business growth within accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage open opportunities, and represent the Account Executive at customer meetings
- Develop relationships with key vendors and customers while promoting marketing communication and driving GPS Professional Services Engagements
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in Inside Sales with Cyber Security experience
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible schedules and within a team environment
- Strong multitasking abilities and a positive attitude
