Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Own the customer lifecycle post-sales, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for successful onboarding and integration
Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify improvement opportunities during onboarding

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
2-6+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience with product analytics tools
Fluency in Mandarin
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
