Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer lifecycle post-sales, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for successful onboarding and integration
- Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify improvement opportunities during onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- 2-6+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
