Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly growth by upselling Hotel Engine across the existing customer base
- Generate new business opportunities within the account base to meet and exceed target quotas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes and support expansion leads for existing accounts
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in B2B sales
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales technologies preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of retaining and expanding the existing customer base
- Strong business acumen to partner with customers to drive solutions to their business problems
