Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales through onboarding and continued support throughout the policy term and renewal cycle
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Conduct proactive outreach ahead of renewals to review coverage, assess business changes, and recommend appropriate adjustments to maintain retention and satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of insurance experience, ideally within a commercial or retail insurance environment
- Experienced with HubSpot, AMS, or similar CRM platforms; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
- Knowledge of or strong interest in developing expertise in insurance products, underwriting processes, consultative selling, and industry regulations
- Adhere to all licensing, regulatory, and company standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence
