Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager who combines customer advocacy with commercial ownership to help customers grow and ensure ongoing value post-onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Own adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes for a defined book of SMB-midmarket customers
- Drive proactive customer engagement through regular check-ins and value reinforcement
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
- Ability to manage a portfolio with varying complexity and multiple renewal cycles
- Experience with commercial conversations including renewals and upsell scoping
- Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Strong organization and time management skills
