Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager who combines customer advocacy with commercial ownership to help customers grow and ensure ongoing value post-onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes for a defined book of SMB-midmarket customers
  • Drive proactive customer engagement through regular check-ins and value reinforcement
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
  • Ability to manage a portfolio with varying complexity and multiple renewal cycles
  • Experience with commercial conversations including renewals and upsell scoping
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
  • Strong organization and time management skills
