Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the digital health SaaS sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of existing digital health customers and serve as their primary point of contact for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements
- Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base
- Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasting
- Comfort analyzing usage data and outcomes to inform expansion and retention strategy
- Familiarity with digital health or healthcare SaaS is a plus
