Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the digital health SaaS sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of existing digital health customers and serve as their primary point of contact for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements
  • Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term account health while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Growth within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of expanding revenue within an existing customer base
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasting
  • Comfort analyzing usage data and outcomes to inform expansion and retention strategy
  • Familiarity with digital health or healthcare SaaS is a plus
