Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to create and maintain positive relationships with clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and support to assigned brokers and clients
• Manage daily tasks for assigned accounts, including audits and reconciliations
• Respond to escalations and assist with new client implementations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant Account Management experience, preferably in benefits management
• Experience with the Alegeus system is preferred
• Preferred associate or bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Ability to use independent judgment to manage client relationships
