Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Support and/or Account Management
- Demonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction and retention
- Comprehensive understanding of the Account Management Journey
- Prior experience working with SaaS business platforms
- Strategic thinker with the ability to ideate solutions and execute them
