Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Customer Support and/or Account Management
  • Demonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction and retention
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Account Management Journey
  • Prior experience working with SaaS business platforms
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to ideate solutions and execute them
