Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of 50-70 mid-market and enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner
  • Drive account retention and revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expanded platform usage
  • Analyze account performance data to uncover insights and recommend actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success managing renewals and long-term account growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing or customer engagement platforms
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in e-commerce or highly regulated industries is a strong plus
