Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of 50-70 mid-market and enterprise accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner
- Drive account retention and revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and expanded platform usage
- Analyze account performance data to uncover insights and recommend actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success managing renewals and long-term account growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing or customer engagement platforms
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in e-commerce or highly regulated industries is a strong plus
