Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or healthcare industry
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in critical thinking, prioritization, and relationship building
  • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
