Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer lifecycle post-sales, focusing on onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for successful onboarding and integration
  • Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify improvement opportunities during onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-6+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably at a B2B company
  • Experience with product analytics tools
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks while collaborating with team members
