Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to join their U.S. team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience with value-based and consultative selling skills
  • Track record of achieving Gross Retention Rate (GRR) +95% and Net Retention Rate (NRR) +105%
  • Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
  • Strong business acumen and comfort in engaging with senior executives
  • Expertise in sales process management methodologies
