Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to join their U.S. team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with value-based and consultative selling skills
- Track record of achieving Gross Retention Rate (GRR) +95% and Net Retention Rate (NRR) +105%
- Solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions
- Strong business acumen and comfort in engaging with senior executives
- Expertise in sales process management methodologies
