Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - SMB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage customers through key lifecycle events and consult on their HR, IT, and Finance needs
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and navigate the strategic sales process
  • Manage a pipeline for subscription cross-sales, product upgrades, and contract renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in running consultative discovery and demo meetings
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term commercial relationships
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to challenge the status quo
