Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with customers
  • Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business
  • Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients and solve complex customer needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience is a plus
  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience in B2B transactional sales and SaaS environments is preferred
