Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with customers
- Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business
- Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients and solve complex customer needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- 1+ year of outside sales experience is a plus
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in B2B transactional sales and SaaS environments is preferred
