Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with its claims software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers by understanding their priorities and roadmaps
- Collaborate with service colleagues to ensure client success and satisfaction while mitigating potential risks

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of the P&C claims process
- 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B Client Services within the P&C industry
- Experience working with claim organizations
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others
