Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with its claims software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers by understanding their priorities and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with service colleagues to ensure client success and satisfaction while mitigating potential risks
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product team to communicate needs and facilitate solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of the P&C claims process
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B Client Services within the P&C industry
  • Experience working with claim organizations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others
