Key Responsibilities
- Increase net dollar retention through upsells, cross sells, and relationship management
- Lead client contract renewals to expand Annual Recurring Revenue and strengthen partnerships
- Identify and close new opportunities within assigned accounts to support growth strategies
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience managing client relationships
- Very strong time management and organizational skills
