Key Responsibilities
  • Increase net dollar retention through upsells, cross sells, and relationship management
  • Lead client contract renewals to expand Annual Recurring Revenue and strengthen partnerships
  • Identify and close new opportunities within assigned accounts to support growth strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience managing client relationships
