Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (W&B).
Key Responsibilities
- Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across assigned accounts
- Build and maintain detailed account plans, including growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Field Engineering to support customer onboarding and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in B2B/SaaS customer-facing roles with technical products
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying Account Management, Sales, or Renewals role
- Strong interest in AI/ML and the machine learning ecosystem
- Proven ability to drive growth motions and manage retention in technical accounts
- Strong operational discipline in forecasting and CRM management
