Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (W&B).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain detailed account plans, including growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Field Engineering to support customer onboarding and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in B2B/SaaS customer-facing roles with technical products
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying Account Management, Sales, or Renewals role
  • Strong interest in AI/ML and the machine learning ecosystem
  • Proven ability to drive growth motions and manage retention in technical accounts
  • Strong operational discipline in forecasting and CRM management
