Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage designated territory and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Promote and sell additional product lines to enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Conduct virtual demos and presentations to showcase product benefits and address customer pain points

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Healthcare SaaS or software solutions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through upselling and cross-selling
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
