Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements that shape mutually beneficial change

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably with hedge funds, private equity funds, or institutional asset managers
• Strong understanding of financial services businesses
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels
