Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and reduce churn
- Identify expansion opportunities and develop account plans and sales strategies
- Manage customer journeys, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of the product while meeting revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client/customer facing role, preferably in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business
- Experience closing commercial deals and negotiating contracts
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
