Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts in the US market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and reduce churn
  • Identify expansion opportunities and develop account plans and sales strategies
  • Manage customer journeys, ensuring satisfaction and adoption of the product while meeting revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client/customer facing role, preferably in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business
  • Experience closing commercial deals and negotiating contracts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
