Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage and reduce churn across the account portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction and adoption of the product
- Identify and progress commercial opportunities within existing accounts and maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client/customer-facing role, specifically in account management or sales within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business
- Experience in closing commercial deals and negotiating contracts with existing customers
