Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing pricing for clients
• Define project-level feasibility for client bids and maintain the company's CRM tool
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Directors to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a business environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in customer service is desirable
• Understanding of business processes and customer orientation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
