Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to enhance customer retention and manage the loan process for brokers and lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee loan pipelines and facilitate communication between clients, sales teams, and operations
• Act as a liaison to resolve loan-related issues and provide support to clients and internal teams
• Deliver exceptional service through follow-ups and proactive problem-solving to strengthen client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage processing and Account Management
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Solid understanding of industry guidelines and policies
• Adept with technological solutions, including LOS and Pricing Engines
• Experience with Encompass is a bonus
