Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Operations Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and act as the primary point of contact
• Bridge client needs with internal departments and monitor key performance metrics
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements and manage contract renewals and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in the iGaming industry
• Advanced English and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
• Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic experience with CRM and BI tools
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and task management tools is a plus
