Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Software Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships

Guide new customers through onboarding and track customer success metrics and usage trends

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a SaaS or technology company
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce and SalesLoft
Demonstrated experience in account management and sales with a track record of meeting targets
Ability to work remotely, preferably based in the DC, Virginia, or Maryland area
Bachelor's Degree required
