Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager in the AMERS region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business, serving as the primary contact for clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Identify at-risk clients and develop strategies for retention while seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in SaaS Sales or Account Management
• Experience with upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiation
• Strong interest in technology and tech-savvy skills
• Near-native proficiency in English
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
