Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across a portfolio of mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts to drive renewals and expand overall account value
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with Marketing to increase adoption and promote service upgrades
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years in account management, customer success, or SaaS expansion sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS or cloud environments
  • Familiarity with AWS and GCP partner funding programs is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and prioritize high-impact opportunities
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across teams
