Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across a portfolio of mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of named accounts to drive renewals and expand overall account value
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with Marketing to increase adoption and promote service upgrades
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years in account management, customer success, or SaaS expansion sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in SaaS or cloud environments
- Familiarity with AWS and GCP partner funding programs is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Strong collaboration skills to work across teams
