A company is looking for an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Coordinate project delivery, monitor performance, and manage timelines and budgets
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with clients to recommend agency solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in a digital agency or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and creative services
• Sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
