Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for providing quality customer service to corporate and community college clients enrolling in training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to assist with customer inquiries and enrollments
- Share industry-related information and follow up with new students to ensure a smooth transition
- Utilize internal management software to track inquiries and enrollment progress
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (GED acceptable) from an accredited institution
- 1 year of customer service/admissions or related experience, preferably in education-based admissions
- Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a coaching environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with industry-related software applications
- Ability to work independently and handle frequent interruptions
