Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to assist with customer inquiries and enrollments
  • Share industry-related information and follow up with new students to ensure a smooth transition
  • Utilize internal management software to track inquiries and enrollment progress
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma (GED acceptable) from an accredited institution
  • 1 year of customer service/admissions or related experience, preferably in education-based admissions
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a coaching environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with industry-related software applications
  • Ability to work independently and handle frequent interruptions
