Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned customers
• Conduct regular business reviews and manage customer outreach
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining communication with clients and internal staff

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Experience in healthcare and/or software/technology service industries
• Experience with CRM solutions, especially Gainsight and Salesforce
• Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or related market-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues effectively
