BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience, including Account Management or Customer Success
- 4+ years of success managing renewals and growth in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Salesforce and analytics tools like Gainsight or Tableau
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
