Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce
  • Proven success in managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets
  • Ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and the ability to analyze related data
