Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Account Management experience within a SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce
- Proven success in managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles
- Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets
- Ability to influence VP+ and C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and the ability to analyze related data
