Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to handle renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within current clients while seeking new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through account management
  • Document pipeline activity in Salesforce and adhere to MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure positive user experience and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations is a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a SaaS or tech industry
  • Experience with RF(x) responses or proposal management is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a global account base
  • Familiarity with B2B sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC
