Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Expansion to manage customer accounts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ customer accounts, focusing on customer success and revenue expansion
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and monitor key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Proven success managing a large book of business (1,000+ accounts)
  • Experience driving revenue through upsell, cross-sell, or expansion sales motions
  • Strong understanding of key metrics such as MRR, churn, retention, and NPS
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
