Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager responsible for the retention and growth of assigned customer accounts within the eCommerce service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships by identifying opportunities and resolving issues
• Oversee the delivery of eCommerce initiatives and ensure high-quality digital marketing campaigns
• Drive client success outcomes by advising on eCommerce products and maximizing value for clients

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in account management
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising channels
• Experience in hotel operations or hospitality sales and marketing is a plus
