Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level customers, particularly in the Government segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships within assigned accounts to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions with business objectives
  • Execute upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies to enhance product adoption and customer success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Solid understanding of audit and accounting processes, standards, and workflows
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
