Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee the loan file lifecycle and manage documentation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize approvals and ensure all conditions are marked and met once assigned a file
• Conduct Welcome Calls with clients to set expectations and confirm loan timelines
• Track document uploads, review submissions, and follow up on conditions to ensure loan progress

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of wholesale account management experience required, with previous underwriting experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of a variety of loan products and programs
• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system required
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy
