Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships and support inquiries for their Workflow products.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their inquiries
• Provide training and onboarding for new clients on platform use
• Identify and resolve platform issues while ensuring a positive client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 1 year in a publishing-related role
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient in at least one major online peer review system
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global remote team
