Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support and guidance on customer deliverables and requests
- Manage engagement scope and contracting for renewals and managed services
- Communicate the value delivered and prepare for quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in the biopharma or health technology industry, with 3+ years in a client-facing role
- Prior experience in sales or delivery of data/software/consulting services to Life Sciences customers
- Strong data analysis skills with a passion for leveraging data for insights
- Impeccable project management skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Extensive experience in structuring client deliverables using PowerPoint/G-Slides, Word, and Excel
