Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic support and guidance on customer deliverables and requests
  • Manage engagement scope and contracting for renewals and managed services
  • Communicate the value delivered and prepare for quarterly business reviews (QBRs)


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in the biopharma or health technology industry, with 3+ years in a client-facing role
  • Prior experience in sales or delivery of data/software/consulting services to Life Sciences customers
  • Strong data analysis skills with a passion for leveraging data for insights
  • Impeccable project management skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Extensive experience in structuring client deliverables using PowerPoint/G-Slides, Word, and Excel
