Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Own business and operational support for an assigned client portfolio
Support onboarding of newly signed clients and help them adopt products effectively
Analyze client performance and prepare reports to optimize ROI across products

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the iGaming industry
Advanced English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian
Confident MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic experience with CRM and BI tools
Ability to work independently and prioritize operational tasks
