Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts for selected high-net-worth individuals
• Build and maintain strong relationships using email, phone, and Telegram
• Maximize revenue by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs with the company's products and services

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a sales or account management role in a Fintech or financial services company
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Experience managing and executing account management processes from start to finish
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results in a high-paced environment
• Passion for digital assets and knowledge of the decentralized finance and crypto ecosystems is a bonus
