Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive expansion growth within their customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the existing customer base
- Create and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities
- Proactively manage contract renewals and collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques for upselling and cross-selling
- In-depth understanding of the software technology industry and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
