Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive expansion growth within their customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the existing customer base
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques for upselling and cross-selling
  • In-depth understanding of the software technology industry and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools
