Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will oversee and deliver product and service offerings while managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools for campaign performance analysis and strategy optimization
  • Independently create detailed project plans while collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle, including contract discussions and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English with strong client communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead or Technical Account Manager
  • 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency, focusing on enterprise accounts
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and working knowledge of SQL
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute projects effectively
