Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will oversee and deliver product and service offerings while managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools for campaign performance analysis and strategy optimization
- Independently create detailed project plans while collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Manage client relationships throughout the lifecycle, including contract discussions and upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with strong client communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Project Lead or Technical Account Manager
- 3+ years of account management experience within a marketing agency, focusing on enterprise accounts
- Solid understanding of data modeling and working knowledge of SQL
- Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute projects effectively
