Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines
• Manage client calls and training, maintain documentation, and drive service improvement initiatives
• Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities and collaborate with internal teams on client needs and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Communication preferred
• 4+ years of client management experience in the consumer accounts or employee benefits industry
• Strong understanding of consumer spending account administration
• Proven relationship management and project management expertise
• Ability to lead client meetings and deliver presentations effectively
