Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support contract renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and task management tools
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
