Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a book of business across various verticals
- Develop account growth strategies and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and forecast expansion pipeline accurately
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving account growth and achieving expansion quotas
- Proficient in Salesforce and common SaaS sales tools
- Strong understanding of the finance function, with experience selling to CFOs or FP&A teams preferred
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills
