Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a book of business across various verticals
  • Develop account growth strategies and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and forecast expansion pipeline accurately
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving account growth and achieving expansion quotas
  • Proficient in Salesforce and common SaaS sales tools
  • Strong understanding of the finance function, with experience selling to CFOs or FP&A teams preferred
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills
