Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer account expansion and retention in a fully remote role based in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets through customer adoption of add-on products
- Collaborate with regional Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
- Manage a high volume of opportunities and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with SaaS contracts and renewal management
- Background in the short-term rental or travel tech space is a plus
