Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer account expansion and retention in a fully remote role based in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets through customer adoption of add-on products
  • Collaborate with regional Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue expansion opportunities
  • Manage a high volume of opportunities and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new pipelines
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role within the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience with SaaS contracts and renewal management
  • Background in the short-term rental or travel tech space is a plus
