Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager for the US West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale relationships for a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and renewals
- Execute renewal processes and identify churn risks while collaborating with Sales for accurate forecasting
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and advocate for customer needs to inform product development
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in a B2B environment, preferably in biotech or pharma
- Proven track record of managing renewals and supporting account growth
- Comfortable communicating with scientific, technical, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement analytics
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
