Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of account management or related account retention experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, benefits, or related employer services solutions
• Exceptional presentation skills for engaging C-suite or VP-level stakeholders
• Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and activity tracking
