Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ customer accounts, focusing on customer success and revenue expansion
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and monitor key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven success managing a large book of business (1,000+ accounts)
- Experience driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Strong understanding of key metrics such as MRR, churn, and retention
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
